50 years after her death, Patsy Cline's music lives on

March 5, 2013 marked the 50th anniversary of the death of a country music superstar whose music remains revered to this day. Though her career was brief – only eight years – Patsy Cline's influence continues across all music genres. At a time when country artists stayed close to the traditional roots of the music, Patsy recorded songs that soared from country to pop. PATSY CLINE – SWEET DREAMS STILL features full performances (including the last two known recordings shot in Nashville five days before her death), rare photos and personal memorabilia, along with the commentary of Robert K. Oerman, an award-winning broadcaster and writer known as the "dean of country music historians."

"Patsy Cline - Sweet Dreams Still" airs on Saturday, June 8th at 7:00 p.m. on channel 3 and on channel 3-1 on Saturday, June 8th at 9:00 p.m.
