STEVE INSKEEP, HOST:
Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep. Let's start by saying Jeannie Groat may have overreacted. Angry that her daughter was eliminated from a 4H competition, the upstate NY woman protested using the F-word. Another judge blocked the jail time, but we can imagine what Ms. Groat said when she first heard of it. You're listening to MORNING EDITION. Transcript provided by NPR, Copyright NPR.
