For many….preparing a Last Will and Testament is the farthest thing on our minds.  We just don’t think about it or we put it off for some other time.

But, shouldn’t you have a say on how your belongings and assets will be distributed in the event of your death.  If you’re a parent with minor children, shouldn’t you decide who will be their guardians?

Do you know what a Living Will or a Living Trust is?  Does all of this sound complicated?  We’re going to try to make sense of what all these arrangements are, and how they can better prepare you and your family in carrying out your wishes.
