Ft. Sumner K21LM (Digital Television) down

Our digital transmitter in Fort Sumner is currently down after experiencing a lightning strike on Friday, April 20, 2018.  Our engineers have diagnosed the fault and are working to replace the damaged equipment; we thank you for your patience during this time.

If you have an old analog television set, our 3-2 signal can still be viewed on UHF channel 34. 

KENM 88.9FM down in Tucumcari

UPDATE:  Our engineers determined that the fault was due to ice forming on the antenna; service was restored early Saturday morning. 

High wind conditions in Tucumcari have caused an antenna fault at our site in Tucumcari; as a result we were forced to take the transmitter offline.  We have a tower crew heading to the site on Monday and will provide additional information as it becomes available.

KENG 88.5FM Down in Ruidoso

As of 6:15 AM MT this morning, our KENG 88.5 FM transmitter in Ruidoso is down.  We have a crew of engineers en route to the site to determine the nature of the fault.  More information will be posted to this page as it becomes available.   -UPDATE- As of 3:30 PM MT the fault has been corrected and we are back on the air in Ruidoso. 

Hobbs/Lovington outage

UPDATE: As of Wednesday afternoon, January 10th, 2018, our digital TV signal in Hobbs is back on the air.  You may need to re-scan your television set in order to pick up our virtual channels 3-1, 3-2, 3-3, and 3-4.  Thank you for your patience. 

Midland FM Translator Off-Air as of 3:30 p.m. (CDT) March 31, 2017

On March 31, 2017, our communication's attorney received a letter from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) denying our second appeal to allow us to feed our Midland FM translator by satellite. You can read the letter here.   read more...
