It's very easy to imagine Queen Elizabeth II as dowdy, owing to the fancy purses and whatnot. So it always pleases me when she whips out a bright, fanciful hat like this. This is a great hat. Victoria Beckham would wear this hat. If I ever become Queen, this is completely the hat I am going to wear every day. Of my life. As Queen.
